     We are pleased to announce that the 34^th Annual Holiday Fair of Thief River Falls will be held at the Ralph Engelstad Arena in Thief River Falls on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE.  This event will be held on the upper concourse of the arena as well as in the Lower Level Imperial Room. 

 

     All applications must include a photo of your work as well as the Minnesota Department of Revenue Operator Certificate of Compliance Form ST-19.  Any applications that do not have these requirements will not be considered for jurying.  All applications will be reviewed before issuing booth space.  Items that will not be accepted for sale are plastic refrigerator ornaments, antiques, latch hook kits, food, or any commercial products.

 

     Booth space will be reserved for you upon approval of your application.  A single booth will be 10 feet wide and 7 feet deep and will cost $50.00.  A double booth will be 20 feet wide and 7 feet deep and will cost $100.00.  One 6-foot table and chair will be provided per 10 feet of booth space.  If needed, a 4’X7’ peg board with stands will be available for an additional cost of $25.00 per board. 

 

     Exhibitors may set up displays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2010.  Please remember that no tape, nails, tacks or staples may be used to fasten your displays to the walls or floor.  On Saturday, November 13, 2010 all exhibitors will be asked to enter thru the south entrance of the Ralph Engelstad Arena starting at 7:00 a.m.  We ask that all exhibitors be ready by 8:30 a.m.  Complimentary coffee will be available for all exhibitors throughout the day.  We also ask that exhibitors bring in no food products, as our concessions will be open during this event.  All exhibitors will be asked to remain until 3:00 p.m. and be moved out by 6:00 p.m.
